Grant Writing Workshop is Dec. 10

Grant WritingGrants are a vital piece in your community's funding puzzle and you can help. A grant writing workshop will be held Tuesday, December 10 from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Dole-Specter Conference Center at 1430 South Fossil in Russell.

Nancy Daniels, Community Vitality Specialist, K-State Research and Extension, will help you learn sources of data for community needs, where to find grants and what makes a great grant proposal.

Angie Muller will share information about the Russell County Area Community Foundation's local grant program, including important deadlines and application tips.

Space is limited, so please register now by contacting Jessica Kootz at [email protected] or 785-483-3157. A $25 fee includes lunch. Make checks payable to Midway District prior to the event. Registration deadline is December 3.
