RACC Ribbon Cutting at Woelk's House of Diamonds

The Russell Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday morning for Woelk's House of Diamonds.

New owners Daron & Katrina Woelk took over Woelk's House of Diamonds on January 1, 2012. The ribbon cutting took place after a Russell Main Street What's Up in Russell Coffee at the store.
