Thefts a Notable Portion of 2012 Criminal Activity in Russell
Russell County 911 Dispatch received more than 10,000 calls in 2012, and according to Russell Interim Police Chief Dale Weimaster, a somewhat large number of those calls related to his department and more specifically, theft and burglary investigations.
