City of Russell Fire Department Suspends Smoke Alarm Campaign

City of Russell Fire DepartmentThe City of Russell Fire Department regrets to inform that it will be suspending its home smoke alarm campaign for the foreseeable future.

With the ever growing health concern surrounding COVID-19, the supply chain from both the American Red Cross and the Kansas State Fire Marshal's Office have been put on hold.

At this time, there is not a timeline established for when the programs will start back up.

If you are experiencing issues with your smoke detectors, you can still call the fire department and they can assist you.

If you have any questions, please call 785-483-7111.
