Hoisington Man Injured in Russell Motorcycle Crash

A Hoisington man was injured Friday evening in Russell when he lost control of the motorcycle he was driving south on Fossil Street near McDonalds.
69-year-old Michael Specht was trying to turn left off of Fossil Street just before 10:30 Friday night, but struck a median barrier and lost control of the 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle he was operating.
Specht was wearing a helmet, but was injured and transported to a Great Bend hospital. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
