SRS Complaint Leads to a Russell Man's Arrest

A Russell man was arrested on drug charges Friday afternoon after authorities received a complaint from Social and Rehabilitation Services.
According to the Russell Police Department, Vincent R. Becker was arrested at his residence on South Lincoln Street in Russell just after 3:30 PM Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a depressant and aggravated endangerment of a child, as there were juveniles living at the residence as well.
Becker was transported to the Russell County Jail.
Two juveniles were transported to the police department where they were later turned over to juvenile services.
