Teen with Russell Ties Dies in ATV Rollover

Tyler R. Rathbun died early Sunday morning in an ATV accident in rural Miami County. Rathbun was the grandson of the late Howard and Eileen Vladar and the son of Theresa (Vladar) Rathbun formerly of Russell.
