Russell Woman Wins Loretta Miller Santa

Ashley Quinday from Russell is the winner of the Loretta Miller Santa given away during Thursday's Weihnachtsfest in downtown Russell.
Quinday had the winning number on her Weihnachtsfest button. She claimed the prize early Friday after her father saw the winning number here on krsl.com.
Russell Main Street Inc. also announced the winner of the passport drawing. Cheryl Penrod from Russell won $25 in Russell Main Street Bucks.
