Semi Truck Windows Broken Out, Items Stolen

Crime PhotoTwo incidents of broken out semi truck windows were reported to the Russell Police Department Sunday.

According to the PD, at 10:24 PM Sunday, dispatch received a call that a semi was broken into at Stoppel Supply on South Fossil Street in Russell.

The passenger side window was broken and a CB radio, television and satellite radio were stolen.

The responding officer advised that he had patrolled the area around 2 o'clock Sunday morning and the window was not broken at that time.

A report for burglary and theft under $1000 was completed.

Earlier at 6:11 PM Sunday, a call was received from the Russell Livestock Sale Barn reporting a window of a semi there was broken out.

A report for burglary and theft under $1000 was filed.
