Whitney Nuss Wins National Elks AwardWhitney Nuss, a soon to be Russell High School Freshman, was recently announced the National Winner of the annual Elks Drug Awareness Essay Contest.

Russell's Nancy Aspegren, who serves as the local Elks Drug Awareness Chairman, recognized Nuss at Monday's USD 407 Board of Education meeting.
