Lawrence Man with Russell Ties Sentenced for Securities Fraud
Kansas Securities Commissioner Josh Ney has announced the conviction of a Lawrence man with Russell ties who was sentenced on Friday to 36 months probation and ordered to repay investors $214,000 in restitution for running a fraudulent investment scheme in Lawrence.
