South Fossil Street Cement Pouring Begins

South Fossil Concrete PouringBeginning Thursday, July 27, South Fossil Street in Russell between Wichita Avenue and Dorrance Street will be closed periodically to through northbound traffic overnight from 7 PM to 7 AM while cement is poured as part of the South Fossil Reconstruction Project according to city officials.
