Water DropThe City of Russell started releasing water from Cedar Bluff Reservoir on Thursday, March 14 and according to Russell Public Works Director Arlyn Unrein, the water reached the west end of the Pfeifer well field at 7:30 PM on Monday, March 18, and the release was ended at that time.
