RMS Girls Place Fourth at League Tourney

The Ruppenthal Middle School girls basketball team finished fourth at the NCAA League Tournament in Salina on Saturday, Jan. 12.
The RMS girls fell to Republic Co. 40-10 in the semifinals and then lost to SE-Saline 26-18 in the third place game.
RMS ends the season with a 7-5 record.
The Republic Co. girls beat Beloit 36-29 in the championship game.
SE-Saline won the boys championship game over Ellsworth 49-32.
