Meet New RHS Football Coach Chuck Bisbee

Bisbee will get the opportunity this fall when he takes over the reigns of the Russell High School football program.
Bisbee, who was named the new head coach for the Broncos on June 12, replaces Dave King who stepped down after seven seasons as head coach. King will now be an assistant football coach at Ruppenthal Middle School.
Bisbee most recently coached at Fairfield High School located southwest of Hutchinson. In four seasons, the Falcons went 15-21. Prior to that, he was the head coach at Solomon, where he led the Gorillas to a 13-9 mark and back-to-back trips to the 2-1A Playoffs. Bisbee also coach arena football in Wichita.
Along with being a para in USD 407, he plans to finish his degree at Fort Hays State University.
Bisbee has four children - three daughters and one son - Sammy (22), Jason (20), Mary (14) and Taylor (12).
He will look to turn a Bronco football program that went 1-8 last fall and has not finished with a winning record since 2006.
