Traffic Emergency Declared for Russell Effective at Midnight Sunday Night

Based on a snow storm forecasted for Sunday night through Tuesday morning, Russell City Manager Jon Quinday has declared a Traffic Emergency for the city of Russell, effective at 12:01 a.m. on February 25, 2013.  Based on this declaration, vehicles must be removed from the emergency snow routes  by 6:01 a.m. on Monday, February 25, 2013.
