Hayland Farms Fly-in Moved to Sunday, Oct. 5
Everything stays the same, but the date has changed for the 5th annual Hayland Fly-In.
Due to high winds forecast for Saturday, this year’s Fly-In has been moved to Sunday, October 5 at Hayland Farms just two miles southwest of Dorrance.
Tony Mahoney of Hayland Farms joined KRSL's Erik Stone on the Morning Show to discuss details about the Fly-in. One of the first things Mahoney mentioned was the concession stand and what will be available to eat:
Gates open to the public at 10 AM and admission is just $15 per carload, so pack the whole family.
If you have an antique vehicle, you can get in for free! You can also partake in the car show as well.
Enjoy $10 airplane rides for kids, and many other activities like the Toilet Bowl Bombing and the Great Train Robbery. Mahoney talked to Stone about both of these events:
New this year is the Russell Civil Air Patrol Cadets launching daring Estes rockets and inspiring future pilots!
There’s so much more going on at this year’s Fly-In, you don’t want to miss it.
