Russell Play Park Committee Nearing Match Goal

Just a few weeks ago, the all new, all accessible, all inclusive Russell Play Park opened at Memorial Park. Now the Russell Play Park committee is nearing another goal - to raise enough money to build an all inclusive, all accessible bathroom next to the play park.

A generous anonymous donor has pledged to match $25,000 if another $25,000 is raised. The committee has raised $20,450 and is now just $4,550 away meeting that goal.

Donations can be dropped off at the City of Russell offices, mailed to Russell Play Park, PO Box 104, Russell, KS 67665 or submitted online here.
