UPDATE: Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Representative John Resman

On Monday, March 2, 2026, Governor Laura Kelly, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, directed flags on all state buildings, grounds, and facilities be flown at half-staff immediately until sundown on the day of interment to honor the passing of Kansas State Representative John Resman.

Representative Resman was interred after funeral services on Friday, March 7, 2026. Flags are to return to full-staff immediately.
