Cletys Lee Miller
Cletys Lee Miller, 83, of Marysville, California, died on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the Adventist Health and Rideout in Marysville, California.
Cletys was born on December 26, 1942 in Gerster, Missouri, the son of Richard A. and Hattie (Ramage) Miller. He grew up in Natoma, Kansas, moving to the family farm in 1952 and graduated from Natoma High School in the class of 1960. After high school, he joined the United States Air Force as a B52 Mechanic at a base in California. After serving his country, he continued to live in California. He moved to Marysville, where he worked as a sheet metal worker in the heating and cooling industry and also serviced swimming pools. He was a member of the Cross Roads Church in Uba City, California and a longtime member of the American Legion Post #42.
He is survived by his son Shawn Miller and wife Ahana of Mesquite, Texas; brother Gerald Miller of Russell, Kansas; sister in-law Nancy Miller of Kimball, Nebraska.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Irene Stramel and brother Richard Miller.
Cremation was selected by the family. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the Fairport Cemetery in Fairport, Kansas. Military honors will be presented by the Russell VFW Post #6240.
