Four players from Victoria, which was runner-up for the second consecutive year in 8-Man Division ll, took part on the West squad in the D-ll contest - Wes Dreiling, Kyle Huser, Matt Pfeifer and Cody Schmidtberger.

Each roster consisted of 20 players. High school seniors were nominated and selected by coaches from across Kansas to play in the game.
