Eight Victoria Knights Selected for Central Prairie League All-League Football Team

Eight members of the Victoria High School football team were selected for the 2021 Central Prairie League All-League Football Team.

Linebacker Grant Schoenrock, defensive back Taylor Anderson, running back and linebacker Carson Werth, offensive lineman Vance Hockersmith, running back Nate Windholz, tight end Seth Schwien and defensive lineman Tanis Brungardt were named first team. Windholz and Brungardt were unanimous selections.

Quarterback Grant Schoenrock, kicker and kick returner Carson Werth, and defensive lineman Vance Hockersmith were named second team.

And defensive backs Thaddeus Wohler and Nate Windholz were named honorable mention.

The Knights finished the season with a 10-2 record just one game short of the state title game in 8-Man Division 2.
