KSHSAA Announces Spring Sports Postseason Assignments
Postseason assignments for all high school spring sports teams have been announced by the Kansas State High School Activities Association.
The Russell/Victoria softball team is part of the Larned 3A Regional. Joining the Lady Broncos in the tournament are Beloit, Ellsworth, Hays-TMP-Marian/LaCrosse, Hoisington/Central Plains, Larned, Plainville/Stockton and Sylvan-Lucas/Lincoln. Games will be held on May 17 and 19.
The Russell/Victoria baseball team will play in the TMP 3A Regional in Hays. The field includes Russell/Victoria, Beloit, Ellsworth, TMP/LaCrosse, Hoisington/Central Plains, Larned, Lincoln/Sylvan-Lucas and Minneapolis. Game will be held on May 17 and 19.
The Russell boys golf team is in the TMP 3A Regional on May 17 in Hays. Russell is joined by Beloit, Ellsworth, TMP, Hoisington, Lyons, Minneapolis, Norton and Phillipsburg.
The Russell track and field team will compete in the Beloit 3A Regional on May 21. Schools in the meet include Russell, Beloit, Ellsworth, Southeast of Saline, TMP-Marian, Hiawatha, Hoisington Smoky Valley, Marysville, Minneapolis, Norton, Phillipsburg, Riley County, Sabetha, Seneca-Nemaha Central and St. George-Rock Creek.
