KSHSAA Unveils Bracket for Class 1A Dl State Tournament

The Kansas State High School Activities Association released the bracket for the Class 1A Division l State Basketball Tournament late Saturday night.

The Central Plains Boys and Girls Basketball teams both punched their ticket this weekend to the tournament to be held at United Wireless Arena in Dodge City.

The Central Plains Lady Oilers (19-3) are the #6 seed and will face #3 seed Troy (21-1) at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12.  The Central Plains Oilers Boys Basketball team (18-4) earned the tournament's #4 seed and will take on #5 seed Frankfort (18-6) on Thursday, March 13 at 4 p.m.

Semifinals on both the Boys and Girls sides are set for Friday, March 14 and the Championship and Third Place games will be contested on Saturday, March 15.  If either team wins their first round games, they will be assured of playing three games at the tournament.

All Central Plains Games at the 2025 KSHSAA Class 1A Division l State Basketball Tournament will be broadcast live on Classic Hits 107.9 FM KZRS, online at krsl.com and streamed on Alexa devices.
