RHS Volleyball Drops Two League Matches

The Russell Lady Broncos Volleyball team journeyed to Oakley on Tuesday for a pair of matches against Mid-Continent League opponents.

In their opening match, Russell was defeated by Norton in straight sets by scores of 13-25 and 19-25.  In the nightcap, Oakley also took down the Lady Broncos in two straight by the identical scores of 13-25 and 19-25.

Russell is now 13-11 on the season and will next be in action on Tuesday, October 8 with another trip out west, this time to a Triangular in Colby that will also include St. Francis.  First serve is set for 4 p.m.
