Sylvan-Lucas Duo Make Return to State XC Meet

Sylvan-Lucas Cross Country runners Harlan Pancost and Codie Huehl will compete once again in the Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 2A Cross Country meet.

Codie Huehl and Harlan Pancost both punched their tickets to state at the Class 2A Regional meet on Saturday in Norton. Huehl finished 9th in the Girls meet while Pancost placed 5th in the Boys meet.

Sylvan-Lucas is the lone area school to send athletes to the State Cross Country meet.

The two runners coached by Mary Hlad will compete in the Class 2A State Cross Country meet on Saturday, November 2 at the Wamego Country Club in Wamego, Kansas.
