Victoria Lands Three on CPL All-League Basketball Team

Three Basketball players from Victoria High School received recognition on the Central Prairie League All-League Basketball team announced this week by the league's coaches.

Sophomore Forward Avery Windholz represents the Lady Knights on the Girls third team while Junior Center Seth Schwien of the Knights was named to the second team and Senior Guard Leo Schmeidler was named Honorable Mention.

The Lady Knights concluded a 4-17 season with a loss in the first round of the Quinter Sub-State Tournament to Oberlin-Decatur Community while the Knights were 10-12 after falling to host Quinter in the Sub-State semifinals.
