Victoria Opens Season State Ranked in Class 1A Div. I
The Kansas Volleyball Association has released its preseason rankings.
Victoria begins the fall ranked seventh in Class 1A Division I. Defending state champ Central Plains sits atop 1A Division I. Three teams out of the Mid-Continent League are state ranked. Smith Center is second in 2A, while TMP-Marian in third and Phillipsburg sixth in 3A.
Current classifications for the rankings are based on enrollments from the 2020-21 school year, and the rankings will be adjusted when the updated classifications are released at the end of September.
