Bronco Breaktime Summer Programming Announced

Calling all students Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, come join USD 407's Bronco Breaktime this summer to explore.

All students are welcome. You don't have to be enrolled with USD 407. They especially invite the homeschool community too.

Bronco Breaktime is excited to provide two opportunities for summer programming. This is open to all students at Simpson and Bickerdyke Elementary Schools who are entering Kindergarten through Fifth Grade.

Both summer programs will be held at BES at no charge to families.

Bickerdyke Principal Andrew Dempewolf explains.

Summer Space Camp is June 13 through 16 and June 20 through 23 from 8 AM to 11:30 AM at Bickerdyke.

This camp will focus on enrichment and out of this world hands on learning. Students will complete fun, hands-on activities in STEM, physical education and much more. The camp will end with a field trip to the Cosmosphere on June 23. The summer lunch program will operate at BES.

Jump Start Into Next Year is August 1 through 4 and August 8 through 11 from 8 AM to 11:30 AM at Bickerdyke.

Jump Start reviews academics and school expectations getting students ready for the new year. Students will work with teachers and other adults to get back into the groove of school before the new year begins.
