David Gillmore is Russell County's New Appraiser

David Gillmore is Russell County's new Appraiser.

He started in early July and replaced Kenton Lyon, who retired in June after 13 years of service in Russell County.

Gillmore talked recently about his experience.

He said his office will always be open for questions and concerns.

The Russell County Appraiser's Office is located on the second floor of the Russell County Courthouse.
