Farm Bureau Crop Insurance Agent Afton Brown Hosts What's Up in Russell Coffee

Farm Bureau Crop Insurance Agent Afton Brown hosted Tuesday's Russell Main Street, Inc. What's Up in Russell Coffee at 718 North Main Street in Russell.

Brown talked about what insurance services she offers and the recently completed updates to her storefront with a new awning.

A good crowd was on hand to recognize and thank resigning RMSI Executive Director Krista Whitmer for her nine years of service.

Whitmer announced her resignation a few months ago to focus on her job at the Russell Municipal Golf Course as Clubhouse Director and her growing family.

Brown read through a list of events and accomplishments that Whitmer was instrumental in beginning and expanding during her time with Main Street.

Krista's husband Brian Whitmer was also thanked for his years of volunteering and labor.
