Russell's Wesley Johnson Qualifies for National Kids Tractor Pedal Pull

Russell's Wesley Johnson has qualified for the National Kids Tractor Pedal Pull.

Johnson placed first in the eight-year-old boys division at the Kansas State Fair with a pull of 26 feet 9 inches.

He will travel to Mitchell, South Dakota to compete at the Corn Palace on September 25 in the National Pull.

Johnson also made it to Nationals when he was four-years-old, but did not place at Nationals.

Wesley is the son of Eddie and Kelli Johnson. Wesley is a student at Bickerdyke Elementary School.
