Area Players Well Represented on 8-Man All-Star Football Rosters
The Kansas Eight Man Football Association has announced the rosters for the 8-Man Football All-Star Games set for June 8 in Beloit.
Several area players dot the Division ll West roster including two players each from Sylvan-Lucas and Victoria. Representing the Mustangs are Lane Homewood and Brody Batchman while Victoria is represented by Seth Schwien and William Scherrer. Corey Dunlap of Kinsley will serve as one of the assistant coaches for the West squad. Dunlap, a Natoma alum, is the younger brother of former Tiger standout and head football coach Cody Dunlap.
Logan Meier of Lincoln is on the Division l West roster and Leopards head coach Colby Hamel will serve as one of the assistant coaches.
The 39th annual edition of the All-Star Games will be played at Trojan Field in Beloit on Saturday, June 8. The Division l contest will kick off at 10 AM with the Division ll tilt set for 1:30 PM.
