Sylvan-Lucas' Knobbe Named to KBCA 1A D 1 All-State Squad

Keeli Knobbe of the Sylvan-Lucas Lady Mustangs was selected to the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association All-State Team recently as an Honorable Mention in Class 1A Division 1..

Knobbe whom along with Valden Dohl who plays for the Sylvan-Lucas Boys Basketball team recently competed in the Central Kansas All-Star Game at Barton Community College, was the leading scorer for the Lady Mustangs who went 16-7 in 2022-23 and advanced to the championship game of  the Goessel Sub-State Tournament before falling to Canton-Galva.

Knobbe who played for coach Craig Batchman at Sylvan-Lucas was the only area player selected to an All-State team by the KBCA in Class 1A Division 1 or 2.
